Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By using the website at pembrokepinesepoxy.com (the "Site") or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Pembroke Pines Epoxy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site and to all customers who enter into a service agreement with us, whether verbally, in writing, or through an electronic form.
Pembroke Pines Epoxy provides concrete flooring installation, coating, restoration, and related services including but not limited to epoxy coatings, polyaspartic coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, terrazzo, concrete grinding, concrete sealing, resurfacing, and pool deck coatings. Services are provided in Pembroke Pines, FL and surrounding Broward County communities.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. Availability of specific services may vary based on location, project scope, and scheduling capacity.
Estimates provided by Pembroke Pines Epoxy, whether verbal, written, or electronic, are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
Estimates may be adjusted if conditions discovered during the project - such as unexpected concrete damage, moisture issues, or the need for additional preparation - differ materially from what was visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with work that would result in a price change.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material costs already incurred.
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible at the scheduled start time, including removal of vehicles, furniture, shelving, and stored items from the project area. Work may be delayed or rescheduled if the area is not ready, and additional fees may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, including high humidity, rain, or extreme temperatures, that would adversely affect product performance and curing. We will give you as much advance notice as possible in these situations.
Payment terms are specified in your written proposal. In general, a deposit may be required to reserve your project date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your proposal.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by Florida law, whichever is less.
Pembroke Pines Epoxy reserves the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with applicable Florida lien law for unpaid services. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes before pursuing legal remedies.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be set out in your written proposal or contract. Where a written warranty is provided, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: misuse or abuse of the coated surface; chemical exposure beyond what the product is rated for; physical impact or dragging of sharp objects; failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion; or pre-existing conditions in the concrete that were not disclosed prior to work beginning.
The Site and any information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pembroke Pines Epoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pembroke Pines Epoxy or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and in good faith. If you have a concern about our work or a charge, please contact us first at team@pembrokepinesepoxy.com or (754) 294-8319. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through non-binding mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Broward County, Florida.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
