Pembroke Pines Epoxy was founded in 2020 by a Broward County native who had spent years watching homeowners and business owners get burned by out-of-town contractors who did not understand what South Florida concrete actually needs. The high water table, the daily summer thunderstorms, the intense UV exposure year-round - these conditions demand a different approach, and most crews working from a van and a price list were not thinking about any of it.
The company started with residential garage coatings in Pembroke Pines and the surrounding neighborhoods. Word spread. From Silver Lakes to Chapel Trail, from Pines Boulevard to the newer communities on the western edge of the city, the work grew because the floors held up. No peeling after the first rainy season. No bubbling when the garage baked in the summer heat. Just concrete done right.
